    The 4th panel, “I’m poor, so I barely pay any taxes” is not quite true. While they may not pay much federal income tax, poor folk pay a significant part of their meager income in other taxes like sales tax, gas tax, municipal taxes, and various taxes masquerading as “user fees.”
