It is also possible to see Uranus with a naked eye even if you are not naked.

When Pablo Picasso was a young struggling artist, he was several months behind in the rent.

The landlord came by and told him that if he didn’t come up with the money he would be evicted on Tuesday.

Picasso exclaimed, “Before you kick me out, just think, years from now people will look at this building and say the great Picasso lived there.”

The landlord looked at him blankly and said, “And if you don’t come up with the money they can start doing it Tuesday.”

Actually, every known planet can be seen with the naked eye, as long as you’re standing close enough. Nobody has discovered an invisible or microscopic planet yet, or if they have they didn’t realize.

Of course, I know he meant “from Earth”, but then he left out the easiest planet to see: just look down.

According to legend, once he became successful Picasso made many/most/all purchases by check in the hope people would keep the checks instead of cashing them. Banking apps for cell phones that don’t require you to surrender the check were far in the future.

A broke man goes to a famous lawyer for representation in a criminal case.

The lawyer asks if the man can afford his fees.

“I have no money but I can give you an original Picasso drawing” he replies.

“That sounds good!” says the lawyer, “What are you accused of?”

    “Stealing a Picasso drawing.”

    For now.

Earth is also visible with the naked eye. You might only be able to see the part of Earth that is around you.

Regarding the eggs, when McDonald’s is finished with them, the chickens head over to KFC.

Was Picasso nuts?! That could’ve got him arrested or shot with another gun that is NOT loaded with blanks!!

Blanks are usually normal cartridges with normal gun powder, and primer. They differ in that the bullet itself is often comprised of low mass paper, cotton swabbing, or plastic/wax. There has to be a mass at the end, or when the primer is hit, the powder would ignite and the gasses expand, but it would only hiss. The projectile makes the distinct noise.

So, it is not true that blanks are harmless. At close proximety, they can hurt you, sometimes even kill you.

When my older brother was at the Air Force Academy, one of his fellow cadets aimed his rifle at my brother’s head during horseplay, before he pulled the trigger the CO grabbed the barrel and pointed it down at the ground. He told the cadet to shoot the rock, and it disintegrated . He told him that could have been my brother’s head if he pulled the trigger! this was 1976

That fact about the planets has been known for millennia.

The Sun and Moon were at one time regarded as planets. To the ancient people on Earth, a “planet” was a celestial object that changed location against the background of stars. The word “planet” comes from a Greek word meaning “wanderer”.

The Sun, Moon, and the five planets in today’s R-BION inspired ancient humans to create a week of 7 days, and to regard 7 as a favorable number.

Picasso’s antic with the pistol doesn’t invalidate the question! In fact, it tends to give the question more validity as it implies there isn’t any explanation.

Just logic in my comment there, nothing about art criticism.

I saw a film of Picasso at work. He walked up to a clear plexiglass panel, dipped his brush in a bucket of paint, made a couple of dots and a couple of squiggles. Not sure if it was a masterpiece

I worked at a McDonald’s 40 years ago. When I told people that we got in fresh eggs every day and had to crack them and cook them, most people were astonished. They just assumed it was some kind of industrial powdered concoction.

Ask any wife or girlfriend of Picasso’s and you’ll find out he was not a very nice fellow.

The Hemingway House in Key West,Florida has a ceramicvase Picasso made for Hemingway as an exclusive gift.

About the blank cartridges, etc, mentioned above. Actor Jon-Erik Hexum is probably is the “best example” of how this can go so very wrong.
