For a 20+ year old strip, I wasn’t expecting a Schulz reference (major milestone birthday or not).

I wonder if this is adapted from another episode.

I doubt that GoComics planned it this way, but the timing of a Peanuts reference (in a 20-or-so year old story arc) on the same day cartoonists are honoring Charles Schulz is kind of cool.

Is this a coincidence? They would have had to plan it out a while back to make it work. Happy 100 Sparky.

…did they plan this in advance? Peanuts reference right on this day? If so, my hat’s off to Gocomics staff, seems like a tremendous effort to make those coincide in the same day.
