I remember when my boss made me stay up in the office through the Y2K (12/31/1999 – 1/1/2000 change) “crisis” to deal with the supposed havoc.
Most people have had to pay a little extra with/for their lives this year.
It’s helpful to remember that we’ve had much worse inflation in the past. So if we were able to get through that, we’ll be able to get through this.
It’s the first attempt at converting to Star Dates.
He’s actually a mid-year replacement.
And, remember that this runaway inflation is NOT poor Joe’s fault. It is the WORLD’S fault.
So we can say goodbye to inflation too?
2022.5 is only 00.02% inflation. That’s actually pretty good.
If it’s only .5 that’s not to bad.

I was on duty at my job as a dispatcher at a security guard company. At 11:30 P.M. the streets were clear and LAPD cars were parked at the underpasses and waiting for the worst to happen. It was a quiet shift Midnight to 8 A.M.
