I sympathize. I’ll start by listing in my mind jobs I want to do, then I’ll check email and read news. Then it’s Facebook. Then it’s GoComics. Then a few minutes gaming can’t hurt (lots of time, lots of time). Then, OMG, it’s lunch and still not dressed!
