    Yes, he would rather get supermarket plastic produce than the real thing. I once brought strawberries to my vet’s office as I had a ton. They couldn’t get over what real strawberries tasted like. They were used to those plastic supermarket ones!! Not all supermarket produce is that bad, but locally grown is better by far.

    Yeah, gotta agree with Len on that. If it’s going to cost more than just going to the store, it’s probably not worth it, even if we all agree that fresh produce is better than what you often find at the store (though it depends on the store—some are better about this than others).
