Colin handled his disappointment about religious school pretty well.

When I was a kid, I never liked being made to do charitable things. Come to think of it, I don’t like it as an adult, either.

My parents insisted I go to Church. I think that’s the main reason I rebelled against organized religion.

What Colin will be doing with his religious class this weekend is called Tikkun Olam, or “repairing the world”, in the Jewish tradition.
