For those fools who believe. The Coffie Park FIRE, Santa Rosa California was started by a downed PG & E due to a lack of maintenance. The Coffie Park developers did not comply with regs in their construction to the current fire standards. Santa Rosa failed in their part to enforce those rules. It was a very dry season. The fire followed the same path of a previous fire in 1967 (I may be off a year or two).
