Is it crazy that I’m not a huge fan of fancy food like sushi or anything else for that matter? Seriously, I’ll take a burger over all of this any day.

Years ago, I read about a Japanese restaurant that served a fish stew in which the fish was still alive (barely). Now that’s fresh.
Sushi is rice. Everything else is just an add on.

Better experience than my first time. I, like many untrained novices, mistook the wasabi for guacamole.

Preparation of sushi is a very demanding thing. Make just one mistake in preparing it, and someone can actually die from eating it. No joke.
It’s why I’ll never be seen at a sushi bar.
Good sushi is so worth it.
Too bad the good sushi shops left town.
Why not let Charlotte finish what Kat can’t?
