Finding plain old all-American chocolate cake with mile-high icing and none of that crazy coulis-crap is an ever-ongoing search when I dine out. For some reason, restaurants seem to always have to take a simple, already amazing dessert and “fancify” it. (I am rather happy that this is my big gripe)…
