∿² Bozo might be missing the point of an ice rink.

I was going to say I don’t get the punch line to the ice skating, and then I realized he was using the ashes to make the ice less slippery and they wouldn’t fall down … again. I’m getting old but give me a moment and I can still catch up.

1. No wonder Bozo keep get into trouble with cops later on.

2. Ash can solve slipping eh.

For those who come in late, these fabulous fun funnies was envisioned and executed so brilliantly by FoXo Reardon, a true master cartoonist who told his funny tales with his awesome artwork alone, without any of his characters in BOZO ever saying a single word.

An especially excellent epitome of pictures speaking thousand words, BOZO also the most pleasant picturesque pantomime where every panel is like a photograph of a three-dimensional cartoon world of realistic-looking depths and details. Such was his powerful perspective artwork which brought to life a lovely lively world of BOZO!

FoXo a rare combination of both sharp wits and artistic talents which is rarely seen together in the same cartoonist, a true master and professional cartoonist whose work quality speaks for itself and as you can see for yourself BOZO is pure gold coming from a golden era of cartooning! So no wonder that these wonderful wordless wonders still bring great joy and sheer cheer to many even today.

But despite being a great classic of great creative calibre, neither BOZO nor FoXo are much known or remembered these days.

So, Bozo figures, ashes will prevent another fall on the ashe.

2. So if the ashes that Bozo dumped in a pile on the ice were to end up melting through the ice in that spot, would all of the other skaters then need to be concerned about skating around the random ash hole on the lake? Asking for a friend. :^)

I see this triple combination of Bozo cartoons as a story. You can read it like this: Bozo moves the fire hydrant away from his parking spot in #1, and all of the water that flowed from the pipe then ran into the lake and froze over so that Bozo and Bozanne could go skating in #2. The ashes that Bozo put down on the lake in #2 melted through and formed the ice fishing hole that Bozo uses to catch his prized fish dinner in #3. The great Foxo Reardon was telling his devoted readers a story! I wonder how many of them realized it at the time. :^)

Haven’t seen UG in seversl days. (Hope he’s OK ;-}) Also, ashes don’t melt ice. They are cold and are used to give traction like sand or cinders.

BOZO 1- No parking withing 15 feet of the FIRE PLUG, So you can move the vehicle, or move the FIRE PLUG! BOZO 2- I am not an Ice Skater, one reason living down south, another reason I do not like falling on my “ash!” (Forgive me for the pun!) BOZO 3- Bozo is trying to keep his fresh caught fish fresh and clean by using Refrigerator Ice Cubes instead of ice from the fishy water.

WINTER FOLLIES

1) WRONG WAY BOZO: Parking in both a No Parking Zone and in front of a fire hydrant! O’ Clancy comes along so instead of moving his care he detaches the hydrant from its water main!!! [Told you he is also a metahuman with that super-power of strength.]

2) ASHES TO (A)SSES: Ice skating together of Bozann & Bozo they slip on the ice and hit hard on their bottoms. To fix that Bozo brings a can of ash to spread over it.

3) KEEP IT REAL COLD: ice fishing Bozo catches one and though it is below freezing Bozo goes home to bring back ice to put on the fish!

I guess, after Bozo dumps that barrel, she’s going to end up on her…ash.

Today, 8 March, Fuzzy was supposed to be back. Double sorrow that the strip has not been updated and will probably be skipped (the latter being the worst part)  ☹️
