It is never too early for ice cream!

I haven’t seen an ice cream truck for over a decade. :(

If you have to ask if it’s too early for ice cream then you are an amateur and we can’t be friends!

But think of all those new fresh fruits and vegetables! Oops! Sorry for the offensive language, Garfield.

But, perhaps, just right for Spring Rolls???

Fret not, Garf. Before you know it, spring would’ve sprung!

Not too late for hot chocolate. I woke up this morning at about 3:30, looked out the window: snow on the ground, snow in the air. :-(

But, hey there, Garfield. Spring is just right for the chocolate sundae.

How about some iced hot chocolate? Go fix a cup of hot cocoa, put it in the fridge to cool, then pour it over ice. It’s yummy! I think I’ll even do that at work today!

Then again….Dairy Queens are open now. So if you can’t have the ice cream come to you, go to the ice cream!

Hot chocolate any evening is nice.

In some places, the weather varies enough that you can still have both!

The grilled cheese and tomato soup truck should fill the gap!

We had hot chocolate last night, but we’re in New England so it’s still kinda cold. We also wanted the comfort as we had come home from a dinner held in honor of a dear friend who died this week.

That is a serious conundrum.

Can’t fault Jim Davis for saving the art labor by using the same graphic- the verbal gags are great. Still, when he does break out one of his “Jon disheveled by Garfield’s attacks”, he more than makes up for it.

Whatever the weather, we have a truck that comes to our neighborhood every evening. Has played the same loop for years.

Garfield! There is no such thing as “too late for hot chocolate”!

One might not think of hot cocoa as a street thing, but it can work. Years ago, knowing it was going to be very cold for the Plaza lighting Ceremony in Kansas City, a friend and I decided to try it by out getting a temporary vendor license and setting up a hot cocoa stand. It was so successful that our wives had to make three additional grocery runs and after the overhead of license fee, groceries and stand rental we cleared a little over $8K. It made for a very nice Christmas that year.

I just remembered we have a container of hot cocoa mix we bought at Christmastime that we never opened.

NEVER too late for hot chocolate, or coffee.

Spring. Too late to bother shoveling any snow, and too soon to mow the grass. Now if it wasn’t for those pesky allergies, sigh.

Never too late for hot chocolate! Takes a sip.

I was gonna suggest pizza delivery instead.

I live in a more rural area, so the ice cream truck never came where I live.

I keep having this recurring dream where I am looking through the Sunday funnies and Garfield is nowhere to be found.

Ice cream truck comes by my work every day when it’s warm.

But it’s never the wrong time of year for Hot Chocolate sauce on ice cream.

It’s never too late for hot chocolate.

But its always the right time for pizza and lasagna!

The change of seasons is always a drag at first.

In the fifties, we had pedaled “jingle bikes”.

There is ALWAYS time for both ice cream and hot chocolate!

Why not have BOTH ? … Have an Ice-Cream, with the Magic Chocolate topping, that freezes ?

Yes, that is what we need. A hot chocolate truck.

They are plentiful in my neighborhood.

For some reason, I see an ice truck every day like next to my house just blasting his music and waiting for someone to hear the music and get ice cream. if that’s what it is..
