I wonder what it would look like if you collected that half-pound into one pile?

Those bacteria, by the way, along with fungi and even viruses, form an individual’s “microbiome”: their body’s unique internal ecosystem which is essential for proper human health.

In some cases, the use of antibiotics can wipe out large parts of that ecosystem and cause long-term health problems, so scientists have been developing treatments to replace the microbiome through, believe it or not, fecal transplants.

Nice knowing you, Kieran and every other cockroach named after donors’ exes.

What kind of animal are they feeding these exes to?

For a 160 pound person that would be about 0.3% of the body weight.

Awkward wording on that cockroach thing. It sounds like the ex will be fed to an animal before the cockroach.

Why swim from Bangladesh to India when you can just walk? There are some places where you can swim across the Ganges or you could swim along the coast from one to the other. But why?

Once again, RBION is getting a bit on the gross side. Planet U is better than cockroaches.

Always be aware that seemingly placid river and sea waters can hide dangerous, fast currents. I know one lady whose brother drowned from a riptide off the coast of North Carolina.

Swam from Bangladesh to India??? They share a border! And even when India is not the epitome of civilization, I’m sure they have bridges over the Ganges… The real BION here is that the groom didn’t swim from India to Chile to get away from that crazy woman! :D

Border crossings mostly have border controls. The young Krishna probably couldn’t wait for visa, I’m guessing.

There are crocodiles in the rivers in that part of Bengal, believe it or not. And probably a few tigers roaming the riverbanks, along with cobras and kraits.

There isn’t enough hatred in America now that the zoo tries to capitalize on it?

The number of microbes inside a human, on average, is slightly more than the number of cells that make up the human’s body.

The article regarding naming cockroaches needs to be reworded to make it more understandable.

Did she allegedly swim and was it an alleged boy friend? Maybe he was just allegedly a boy. Was it allegedly India she allegedly swam to?
