There was a Seinfeld episode where he said that, when someone sneezes, you should say, “You are sooooo good-looking!”

First sneeze is for love, second is for money, third means you have a cold.

For the 3rd sneeze the it’s “Do you need to gome home?”

Well it seemed to work.

Can’t remember where I read or heard it but someone posited that the person who sneezes should be the one who blesses everyone around them so they don’t catch whatever germs were distributed.

If two “God bless you”‘s aren’t enough you have to move onto an exorcism

From my sis-in-law: S-A-C-G: “sneeze acknowledged; concern given”

Well, he could just keep saying, “Gesundheit” each time. That’s what I would do. But I’m far more intrigued by the expression “sneeze-say” — never heard that one before.
