One nice thing about playing solitaire with real cards, is that you can make your own “rules” (as to what you are allowed to do) so that you can always win.

I’m aware of at least twelve different solitaire games, even if I don’t know how to play all of them. How do I know this isn’t one of them?

I love Soduku. Just put numbers in the empty squares, until they’re all filled. Done.

Sometimes to jazz things up, I’ll throw in a few letters.

I played Forty Thieves for months on end some years ago. Today I’m hooked on Squadron.

More fun (but also more difficult to learn) than “52 Card Pickup”

Lately I’ve been bingeing an obscure solitaire game called https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Flush_(game) The card deck I use is probably older than I am (and that’s > 62 years!)

That is an interesting game option that Monty has going on.
