William is always listed in the first position…..

For some reason that one really tickled my somewhat!

I guess you could say that William and Mary went Dutch in how they did things.

I have a friend who went to W&M. I’ll ask him why he transferred. Should be good for a groan or two.

We always called it Bill and Mary U.

Hard Knocks U?

“I read on the internet” U followed by a graduate program at “It stands to reason”.

The original name was, “Bloody Mary College” but no one wanted to go there so they changed it to the present one.

And then graduate school at Johnson & Wales.

In that order?

Just ‘brushed’ the top of Loon’s head as it went by ! ! !

I think it was early George Carlin (at Wonderful WINO radio) who during his sports segment gave the football score for William and Mary at Duke. William 7, Mary 3, Duke 0.

William of Course, that’s what I just said…

I went to William first, but he was a snob, so I went to Mary, and she was a pushover.

The one in Virginia!!!
