It’s NEVER grown on me. Still can’t stand it in my old age.

Makes me smell the oats and cow dung. Ahhh, memories (My great uncle has a dairy ranch).

That’s how you know it’s not current country music then.

My late father would make fun of country music like that – but he actually loved it and introduced me to it.

I hate C/W music.

If my my laptop was to play music, it would be the works of Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, Richard Rogers, or the Gershwins.

In other words, the music of those great Broadway authors from the past.

But it might be the way to getting your Pony

Grew up around country music. Hated it back then and don’t care for now.

Play it backwards and you’ll get your truck back, your dog back, your girlfriend back….

There is nothing uplifting about country music.

There are a few C&W artists I like, but overall, I can live without it.

Not to worry little girl. There is lots of music out there. You don’t have to like all of it.

You know how you get a happy country song? Play it in reverse – he gets his farm back, his wife returns and his dog is alive again.

You should introduce her to both kinds of music, Adam—country and western.

I love country music…but not “pop country”. I love all the country from the 60’s and 70’s, some from the 80’s and 90’s…Loved watching Hee Haw and all the stars they had on to sing. I love so many artists, too many to name. Love Bluegrass too!
