Put a Wet Paint sign on a park bench and watch how many people touch it (the bench, not the sign).

    Monty’s footwear look’s similar to a steel-toed croc.

For once, Monty is ahead of his game. By rights, he should have fallen in.

When driving out in Middle Nowhere, I saw what looked like a man’s head sitting on the ground. Turned out to be a utility worker standing in a hole. Spooky!

The worker should have been wearing Monty’s glasses that he knocked off. :)

Back in April, we got notices they would be repairing/replacing sewer lines on 3 blocks of our street in May.So no parking, but street would be open to residents. Around the 10th a crew came and put orange mesh fences around trees on the tree lawn. Five days later, orange barrels at the end of our driveways, another couple days six inch black plastic pipe, with yellow couplings on either side of the road.(I HOPE it’s storm water.) Oh, BTW I have a manhole directly in front of my drive…….

Monty’s not a very hep cat, but the old saw about Curiosity and the kitty came to mind. Actually, Monty got off pretty easy (pending recovery of his glasses)….
