I wonder if Dorkshire takes it’s name from Yorkshire here in the UK. New York was called New Amsterdam by Dutch settlers but was famously called New York by the British after their Duke of York who led the conquering army which led to Britain gaining a new colony from the Dutch.

It won’t be a dry town after Bung P$sses out all he drank.
