Looks like his health insurance has run out.

It looks like they’ve pulled the plug – actually all the plugs – and written him off as hopeless. Does this at least mean there’s no charge?

Fortunately health insurance is not a problem in the UK. The NHS (for all it’s faults) is pretty much free. Let’s hope it stays that way.
