We’re getting this from a UNICORN who loves to look at her reflection?

Directly above where they’re standing indisputably counts as somewhere in Nowhere. The logistics of this non-place make a negative amount of sense. Which actually makes sense.

This comic strip started off with Marigold looking at her reflection, so that is an option. Maybe there are no reflections in nowhere.

I live in Chester in the UK. There is a place beside our River Dee which is called Nowhere. It has even been suggested that this may have inspired the Beatles song Nowhere Man as the Beatles had visited Chester about a year before the song was written.

Chester is near to Liverpool. It is about twenty miles to the south of Liverpool. I have often gone from Chester to Liverpool. A few years ago, I visited the place there called Penny Lane which was made world famous by the Beatles song.

I remember that there was an episode of The Man From Uncle called The Nowhere Affair in which Napoleon Solo was in a deserted town in Alaska called Nowhere. It was deserted apart from THRUSH agents. Solo took a memory-reducing pill when he was captured by the THRUSH agents and on being told his name replied, “No one has been called Napoleon since the Battle of Waterloo.” He was wrong. Napoleon Bonaparte’s son was Napoleon II and his grandson was Napoleon III. After Napoleon III was defeated in the Franco-Prussian War of 1870-1, France became a republic again.

I think we all need one of those horns to keep our hats on in the wind.

I just spent weeks clearing a family house and getting everything to take back with me put into storage. I totally get that.

It’s a lovely hat. The veil adds a special touch.

I don’t want to be offensive to Marigold. But that hat don’t look good on her.

Why do I have the feeling that this arc is just an excuse so Dana doesn’t have to draw backgrounds.
