My neighbor has a rider with the “loudest” setting…and he rides it so slow a baby could crawl circles around him. Takes him almost all day to mow his lawn. Mine is twice his size and I get mine done in about half an hour! (I’m surprised I haven’t seen him out there on his hands and knees with a finger nail clipper to catch any he mighta missed!)

Is that the biggest one they have

Go for the loudest. Want to make sure as many people as possible know that you are mowing your lawn.

Depends how much you like your neighbors….LOL

I’ve made the same comment elsewhere: Sometimes I want to yell at my neighbors to notice how quiet my battery-powered lawn mower is.

From the sound of it, people seem upset with loud mowers.

And you can’t adjust the speed on any of them!

That would be more aptly applied to leaf blowers.

We can hear when some of our neighbors are mowing, blowing, and coming/going in their trucks/cars. Sometimes I’m glad that my hearing is also going.

Depends on what time of day you will be mowing under your neighbor’s window. One man’s lawnmower is another man’s symphony. (Or something like that)

Will the loudest drown out the thumping car the kid down the street keeps running with the sound up full? Even while he’s not in it.

No, the first major polluters that should be banned are the third world countries that mine the rare earth for your batteries.

Seems that every time I take a nap, someone starts cutting grass etc. But when I hear one or see one being used, I think of freedom.
