A very long time ago as I was entering a liquor store I was acosted by a young lady who asked me to buy her a can of beer. She looked too young to drink and I told her so and went about my business. I told the clerk what I saw and he thanked me and promptly called the local police. I waited for the police so I could give whatever witness statements they might want. I also took a few photos of the young lady. She became very upset about that. After about ½ an hour the police showed up. They took my statement and the clerk’s statement and by then the “little girl” had left. A few months later I saw her playing her “game” at another store in a different part of the city. I told this clerk and he replied, “Oh yeah, that’s Christy, she’s with the ABC.” Alcohol Beverage Control, state cops whose job is to enforce state alcohol laws and entrap folks going into liquor stores.

What gave me away? Was it the Doc Martens?

Guess that proves blonds aren’t dumb.
