A rival is not necessarily a bad thing, rivals can inspire one to try harder.

Dana: “But perhaps we could be friends.”

Heart: “Hmmm. I don’t know. I think we should be enemies.”

Dana: “Certainly.”

This truce should hold up until both the ladies are after the next lead role in their drama class or they both fall for the swam cute boy! Looks like Jacob needs to maintain a low profile for a wlile.
