Given the choices, why would any meat eater choose a neck over a leg portion?

Just read your old-fashioned hardcopy newspaper, Gaylord, and stay away from eating chicken neck(s). UGH! A leg would be okay, if you trust in Broomie’s cooking skills….

A chicken neck has very little meat, and what there is is hard to remove and eat.

The leg, on the other hand, is very meaty and my favorite part of the chicken.
