As far as I am concerned, head-punching and diplomacy are just different versions of the same thing.

Sounds like 1/2 the episodes of the old Space 1999 series. I binged it a couple of years ago after not seeing it since I was in HS and I can’t believe how many times the Captain threw the first punch.
