I admit I’m surprised to see Andy accused of any crime OTHER than public drunkenness.

Blaming the cap instead of the person.

What a missed chance to see what Andy looks like without his cap!

The subjects in a police line up all have to have similar builds, and appearance. The punchline is the exact reason for this.

Good thing Andy is mostly off camera in the last panel. I don’t think the World will ever be ready for the sight of Andy without his cap. thee are some things man was not meant to see after all.

I like the gent on the right looking at Andy’s mad cap antic with a smile.
