That’s exactly what happens when you let yourself keep too much of an open mind. Your brain falls out.

Yeah, I’ve had that happen a couple of times. I’m way down the rabbit hole and suddenly, around 2 or 3 in the morning I need to do anything else for a while.

Take a break, walk around, stay hydrated, and eat something semi-healthy now and then.

    I feel like this.

Since Covid started – husband has been wasting my time left and right. I used to have a good schedule before he retired early about 15 years ago – with an agreement that I would go my own way during the day and he would go his own way. Gasoline got expensive and he pointed out the cost of my going to the supermarket and him driving separately to Home Depot in the same shopping center and we started shopping together. Every time he wants to go out somewhere (such as 4 different Lowes and 4 different Home Depots – in same afternoon – to not find what he is looking for) I have to go with him and waste my time doing so. He constantly comes up with reasons he needs to go to a store – and I have to go with him.

Due to all of this I don’t get anything done and don’t remember what I have to do – and I am an accountant and also treasurer of 2 clubs I belong to and this is NOT a good thing! Today we cleared up the stuff lying around on the floor in our dining room (furniture in room is placed 18th century style against the walls and center is empty – except when everything has been dropped there). If we were not going to be doing 2 reenactment events where we (mostly he) need the stuff in stored in the dining room (in period looking furniture which goes with the room and some is taken to events) he would not be doing same. (And of course "we " did this means he directed and I moved everything.)
