Well, someone turned Jones’ milk into water, judging by us seeing the entire dunked cookie.

But Bear really shouldn’t have a problem here, just as long as he remembers about the 500 lb. gorilla.

    … ANYthing he wants to.

You would have better “rights” if the kid was a baby bear.

now I gotta go make a sign and block traffic downtown and get on the news and let the world know that “BEARS HAVE RIGHTS TOO, YOU KNOW” – isn’t that what is done nowadays when life becomes reality?

1930s-2000s: Slice-of-life strip, saga of an American family.2000s-2022: Folksy junkmen with occasional visits with the American family.2023: Time-traveling, weird-looking children and TALKING BEARS.Frank King wouldn’t recognize this strip, and I’m not sure Dick Moores would, either.

A group in the United States is filing court cases to have personhood rights granted to elephants. As far as I know, and so far, they haven’t won. But, in other countries, personhood rights.

Several years ago, a photographer set up a camera that allowed monkeys to trigger the shutter. He claimed he was the copyright holder of the resulting “monkey selfie” images. PETA claimed the monkeys who actually took the pictures were the copyright holders.

Other countries have granted legal personhood to rivers or environmentally sensitive areas. This allows lawyers to be able to represent or advocate for the protected entity in court.
