I hate those d@mned packing peanuts! They have so much static clean, it’s hard to even throw them away. The heavy paper that is cut all over makes much more sense.

Stout carboard box. I have indeed ordered a large box of these. No padding required. Bubble wrap? Comes rolled up in the box they ship it in.
