    Most cats know the commands, just choose not to FOLLOW them. They are better at GIVING commands.

    Sheela has learned “pill” and “drugs”. Hates the pill, loves the drug. I wish we knew what was wrong, instead of just treating symptoms.

    On average, dogs know about 165 words. That’s not a lot compared to an adult human, but it’s enough that you can’t assume they understand nothing. >

    Our dog used to know when we were getting close to the vet’s office…even a few blocks away, you could actually see a worried, panicky expression come over his face. From our perspective it was kinda comical…but not from his point of view!! Lol!!

    My dog understands “home” when I am at my Mother’s when I say it outloud. He runs around to the door and back until I get up and leave Mom’s.
