Loans, obviously, are somewhat difficult to find.

Did the colorist run out of purple?

Although we do have a purple house.

Harry didn’t leave him a loan… he just left him alone.

I’ve already decided that if I win the lottery my response to any question will be “Do I know you?”

Don’t expect money given to you Andy.

A loan? Why does Harry Hodges need a loan when he just won a ton of cash on one of those scratch cards. He should stand Andy for a pint or two to celebrate.

There’s nothing like coming into a pile of money to find out how many friends and relatives you have…

Some people say it doesn’t hurt to ask, but that smarted a bit.

I forgot to mention that I won £15 at bingo last Friday. Anything over £100 I put in the bank and not to give out loans to scroungers like Mr Capp. I suppose he would probably still ask for £15 but even so, I still wouldn’t lend it to him! Who in their right mind would?

Today I successfully donated another pint of my lifesaving blood as our dear Affie would have put it. I was thinking of him today.

I managed to fill the bag in 4 mins 53 secs.

Back at work tomorrow with a spring in my step.

If you win the lottery you’ll have relatives coming out of the woodwork.
