How about big yellow arches for Mary?

While not quite Bunyanesque, we’ve got a thirty-two foot Mary in the local parish. Late at night she has been known to turn a wistful eye towards the In-N-Out Burger just down the road.

A Paul Bunyan-sized Mary would make a great roadside attraction.

Have you considered repainting it? Canary yellow and purple would be pretty visible I feel.

I originally read Dan’s last statement as “…a Moses grotto” and my mind went back to my Bible stories, trying to piece it together. Ah, the things that keep us on our toes.

I used to attend Church services in a mall. Someone, a French-Canadian woman, said it was ‘ugly’. So? There wasn’t a pretty building because the money was going to the community to help the homeless and financially struggling individuals.
