It was the busy time of the year for Margaret; Wimbledon was going to start in a couple weeks.

As the fisherman’s wife mended the nets, she dreamed of a house in the mountains — far above sea level.

She’s young – the sea air & sun ages you fast. By the time she hits 20, she’s going look 40

She was told she would have to net a man before it’s too late.

Darn. I keep forgetting, it is knit one, purl two or …

Annette is always in need of mending.

Annette is starting to regret naming their kids Rod and Baitty.

Mary poppins just couldn’t bring herself to open her umbrella today.

She sat outside of their bedroom in a stunned silence. When her husband said he needed to “polish his rod,” she didn’t think he meant their next door neighbor, Rodrick.

My comment back then: There she sits, every morning, five days a week, staring at the telly, waiting for her favorite show, The Price is Right……….Priceless!!!!!!!!!!

“I thought that he said that he had a C-level position.”

Annette’s last name was Singer, and her husband would fondly refer to her as his sewing machine.

While her husband worked on his novella, She fooled around with another fella, Though she was no Emma Peel, She showed so much zeal, That John Steed forgot his umbrella.

Before the telephone came around one did not call the midwife, one was forced to visit the midwife.

Following the success of shows like The Biggest Catch, and The Real Housewives, The Real Housewives of the Biggest Catch just wasn’t as exciting.

The fisherman’s wife was needy, and truthfully – a bit greedy. She sat by her door, always wishing for more, than a net that smelled sea-weedy.

Annette Poppins, grateful that at least she’s not stuck in a boring nanny job like her sister Mary.

Meanwhile, her husband is out there working without Annette.

Hmmm. It worked. Now what is the next step when I’m “catfishing”?

I always work without Annette.

Blanch was to embarrassed to pick up the meatball with her toes while being watched so she desperately counted for the five seconds she had to pick it up legally.

For Friday:The chances are rather remote/

that the girl in the back of the boat/

Will be able to row/

For a decade or so-/

When she’ll still be too young to vote..

Assuming we ALL stay afloat/

Til she is old enough to vote/

I will be quite astounded/

That we’ve somehow rebounded/

Though that won’t be a reason to gloat…
