If the tornado is THAT close it’s already too late.
I mean, c’mon, before it got to that point the sirens would be going off and those in charge would have already herded everyone into the shelter area. Also, the windows would probably be blown out and the lights would likely be out.
You don’t just glance out a window and say “Oh, look, a tornado, huh, how about that, never would have thought there was one around."
It looks like the school is going to have more important things to spend the proceeds from the volleyball “tournament” (and the kettle corn sales) than a lunch room

Not a hurricane but a tornado! In Philly? Seems unlikely.

Overtime? At a volleyball game? At 24 to 24 you are already past a tie, but I don’t think that “time” enters into it…

It’s time to evacuate the building

No problem. Just change the rules. First team that abandons the game, loses.

Called it. Or maybe someone else did. Either way, credit for me.

Well, there’ve been 7 tornadoes in Philadelphia county, so I guess it…could…happen?

Doesn’t Dean know the school is one of the best places to survive a tornado? Just keep playing until the windows blow out and you’ll be fine
