Sad but true—a panda once killed its baby by rolling over on it. Pandas are good mothers, but the babies really ARE delicate when they get here.
On the other hand ,elephants have 18 month to 2 year gestation periods

Some of the Furong buildings look uninhabitable by anyone without a death wish.
The problem with living in Furong Town is that you’re constantly induced into taking a pee.
A month-old baby we saw in Chengdu in 2001 may have by that time gotten up to 1/300th the size of its mother.
