    When I paint, I like to unwind/

For to freedom I’m strongly inclined/

So I paint en plein air/

    With a bare derrière/

And with Georgia on my mind.

/// When the model asked, “How should I pose?”

He replied, “Brushes! Take one of those.”

    Turn around so it seems

    that you’re painting those beams.

Just be sure that your T&A shows."

This’ll be the best haunted house ever. First I’ll paint cobwebs on the beams, then I’ll paint myself a ghostly pale white all over…

—) Although it was rather unprofessional, the Artist and his Model developed an … um … physical Relationship. Being creative people, they enjoyed Role-playing in their romantic postludes after the artistic sessions were done.

In this case, the drab and dusty loft was imagined to be a lush natural setting around a desert oasis wherein she was a Painted Lady butterfly, he being a sticky-tongued Horny Toad.

His favorite role, however, was as a cresting foamy wave pounding unto her lonely beach. Hence, he made numerous paintings of such scenes that many found strangely sensual — even erotic. (—

Sweetheart, You can’t paint cobwebs. Why don’t you put the paintbrush down and come take your medicine.

In the old days, they used to make paint with lead and arsenic.

And I think this painter has licked her paintbrush once too often.

    Georgia, Georgia

The whole day through (the whole day through)

    Just an old sweet song

Keeps Georgia on my mind (Georgia on my mind)

It’s actually an ordinary piece of drywall painted to look it’s made of stone and wood. Even the girl is a part of the painting. Just like artists today paint pavement with chalk to create their illusions.

Jane, quite bored during their “nightly activity”, remembered that spot she noticed that needed a dab of paint.

She prefers using the smaller paintbrushes to get into the small orifices and tiny crevices.

No one ever understood why “attic painting in the nude” didn’t become a huge fad. (hint : the spider webs had something to do with it.)

Georgia soon realized the her biggest mistake was not installing the fiberglass insulation strand by strand, it was doing it in the nude!

Two buttocks were lost in a place/

Where they’d lost tiny garments of lace/

    When they spotted two breasts/

    On similar quests/

For a bra that they’d chanced to misplace..

I can understand not wanting to get paint on your clothing, but isn’t that carrying things a bit too far? That’s why they have smock tops. (That’s what we had in kindergarten.)

    Model Painting

    Paste (including the quote marks)

    "Category:Paintings by Alexander Harrison" Wikimedia

(syntax supported by the Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, Ecosia, and Yandex search engines) in the browser address bar (or search for it using one of those search engines) and choose the first Category: found and once there find the text string Model, and click its link for info and links that point to more info about this painting.

Again, a larger strip image is shown by (Ctrl- or right-) clicking the image in Mr. Melcher’s MASTERPIECE #3200 (October 9, 2023) blog entry, accessible by the Check out the blog! box after the last comment, and using the dropdown menu (even larger, if you trim what’s after .png from the URL). I have added a comment there (awaiting Mr. Melcher’s approval) pointing to info about this artist I used to point to here. Only work by him used here so far.
