Yeah, but they didn’t.

What is considered art is in the eye of the beholder. Some beholders should reconsider. Some beholders should have their eyes checked. Some art should be beheld from far away.

Which is why, each time I go to a museum of modern ‘art’, I tell myself it’s the last time… But I’m always dragged back…

which is worse, that they try to pass it off as art or that pretentious people pretend that it is the best thing ever?

Four year old Pablo Picasso could prove it.

In the gift shop of my local art museum, they sell a book with a title along the lines of, “Why Your 6-Year-Old Could NOT Have Done This”.

There would be no “Earth” without “Art”, eh?
