    National Lampoon only had a legless frog on a wheeled platform outside a restaurant in the 70’s for their “That’s not funny that’s sick!”. Our current victim culture would have the frog sign, instead of “Please help” be “Victim of French Cooking Recipe”. You can freely ‘offend’ Caucasians.

    I’ve read that some people with skills in herbal medicine would use weird terms as code for ingredients to hide their “secret” actual ingredients from being seen by other people (nosy? competitors? or other reason).
