I have missed the snow. Here on the East Coast we haven’t had a good snow since 2018. But, the way the future forecast looks, we’re going to get a lot of it this winter. Yeah!

It’s funny how suddenly the seasons sometimes seem to change.

Time to trade the rake in for a shovel.

I have two pecan trees in my yard that don’t drop their leaves until around Thanksgiving into December. It’s a good bet I’ll be taking care of those leaves while it’s snowing out.

never fails, when you take care of one thing, another thing shows up to take it’s place. Then when you’re done with that and go to bed, they multiply by night. :L

A fair layer of snow here in Manitoba, but there’s a still quite a few leaves that are in denial (still on the trees)

It’s just exactly like that here in Idaho only we often get snow before the leaves are down.

Around here it snowed before all the leaves had fallen, so the snow was covered with all these yellow, orange and red leaves. Quite beautiful! (altho I’m more happy that it pretty much all melted!)

Yep, in Metro Denver area last Thursday I raked and did a winter fertilizer on the lawn. Friday to Saturday we got 8" of snow, perfect timing!
