Monday doesn’t bother honking the horn for me. It just runs me over.
That is Friday. And I’m still not coming out!
When you are retired, Monday seems like the sound of freedom. The parks, hiking trails and groceries are uncrowded to name just a few of my choices. I’ve learned to do home chores on weekends.
Apparently her Honkytonk Woman days are long past.
The only bad thing about Friday is Monday eventually follows.
Must live in a downtown condo. We barely get the sound of traffic in our neighborhood. Thankful for that.
Either I’ve lost my hearing or Monday traded for an electric drive.
