So, I’m giving up drinking until Christmas!

Wow! I really screwed-up that sentence… what I meant was:

I’m giving up! So… drinking until Christmas!

Many Put Their Shot too close to their belly.

A shot in the dark. What you can’t see, doesn’t count.

Your friends won’t help plus they can’t dress themselves.

A nearbeer toast, to your health and happiness!

He’s going cold turkey with some Wild Turkey.

Same with smoking. If you have friends that smoke, someone always has a light.

My favorite TV cartoon character is Archer. About quitting drinking he said, “I’m scared that if I stop all at once, the cumulative hangover will literally kill me."

When I quit drinking some 32 years ago all my friends were behind me and supported my decision. Sober 32 years now. most of them are dead.

Weekends were made for O’Douls.

This is the WORST time of year to attempt to give up drinking.

If those are your friends you should give up on them.
