This is a complaint of one of my friends! He says that e-scooters are left everywhere. Or dumped in stupid places – such as the river. Mostly… he notices them in the middle of the sidewalk. Since he is in a wheelchair – this effects him! And since he makes a living taking photos of nature – this effects him!
They are extremely heavy when you need to pick up one that was dumped on the sidewalk in the sloped ramp for wheel chair access. They set off quite the alarm too. I’ve stood them back up, where they aren’t an impediment to foot traffic. I’d love to toss them into the middle of the street, but that would earn me a ticket from the police.
