It’s 24 days until Christmas…

That’s the only way to put up a Christmas Tree!

Of course, it all looks different the next day, so there may have to be some… adjustments.

Be careful; you seem to have wound lights around yourself and are now a tripping hazard.

the cat batting the ornament is very accurate. we had one that used to sleep in the tree too.

Yup. Finished interior and exterior decorations yesterday. Looks great in the night. Little tree is up and looks good. Big tree is delivered later. My favourite time of the year.

Nope. Christmas trees go up on St. Nicholas’ Day, December 6th. They come down on Epiphany, January 6th.

I watched the city of Boston light up its Christmas tree last night on live TV. It was beautiful. I’m Jewish, but even I can appreciate the beauty of it. Thankfully, there were no disturbances like they had in New York.

(There were protesters, but they kept their distance and were peaceful, unlike those in New York.)

You did a pretty good job, with drink in hand.

No need for Rudolph, clearly!

I don’t drink but I can swear I saw a purple cat be-bopping an ornament on that tree.

Jonesy-the-cat cracks me up … we have a 6 month old kitten & I’m in fear for our lives this season … LOOK OUT BELOW‼️

Uh ooooh! Dave got to the Egg Nog w/ Brandy……the lights are flickering

Yep – eggnog’ll do ’er but my first thought was that D was keeping the party going by drink his own “fluid!”
