I think we should set a committee and a few workshops to study the problem first
And if we keep having enough meetings, maybe we’ll be able to figure out why nobody ever gets any actual work done around here.
In my company, when a problem would arise, we’d gather together and meet it to death.
They should table it.
Great idea, stay in meetings all day, then you can’t micro-manage the minions to death and they might be able to accomplish something!
English is such a weird language:
In the UK, if you “table” something, it goes on the table for discussion.
In the US, if you “table” something, it is sent to a committee where nothing is done about it.
Well, yeah…if there’s donuts…
