Good morning to everyone here. I think it is a second tree that we saw being eaten. At least I hope it is. Everyone have a great Friday. I will be off to say one final goodby no not goodby but a see you later to my wonderful loving Mother-In-Law. She was a great lady and will be missed. Later my friends.
One year my Scottie did that to my tree. Didn’t eat the tree, just all the popcorn that I’d spent HOURS stringing. Came home from work and found the little monkey on his back on the couch with a big belly. Boy, was he in trouble!
Oh, I hope you were toooo mad at him (although I imagine how ticked off I would be – smile). Did you restring more popcorn? I’ve done that, and yes, it is tedious work. I also hope he passed it and the string okay. That could have been a serious problem. Best Wishes
I remember stringing pop corn for the tree while watching TV years ago and the popcorn was going through side bars of a rocker and down into a bowl. When I happened to look down, only because he probably tugged the string, our big black Lab was eating it off the string as fast as I had strung it. A Christmas memory I’ll never forget! That was the last year I strung popcorn for the tree.

A Festivus gift from Chip to the nitpickers who have been airing grievances about the multiple strips about tree decoration!

Dogs love them, too. I remember our dog eating the popcorn off the string under the table one year while the kids and I strung it.

Who can say no to popcorn? I know I can’t.
Come to think of it, I haven’t had any in ages. An easy thing to fix, though …
Happy Friday, Crew.
