Put a footnote at the end of it.
Quotation marks alone don’t make it a quote. You also need an attribution, preferably at the beginning for long quotes.

Once I had a student that copied an entire science article and turned it in as an assignment. When plagiarism software identified it, he said he didn’t understand the assignment. :-\
