This kinda reminds me of the story of the Buddhist Monk (Tibetians eat meat) that goes to the hot dog vendor and says “Make me one with Everything”. The Monk then gives the hot dog vendor (who is also a Buddhist Monk) a $20 bill. The Monk ask for his change. The hot dog vendor says “Change must come from within”.
It seems like beans cause the most gas, lentils and legumes second, bread and grains third, vegetables and greens forth, although russet potatoes really can give you bloating and air, I think because they are dry and you have to really butter them up.
Sweet potatoes are much more moist and soft.
But yes it seems like beans turn mostly into gas and I wonder just how bad it would be for beans expired from 1986. they are probably so dry and stale that it would cause nightmarish gas and bloating and stomach upset but probably they aren’t hazardous like if it was a canned meat product or something.

I’m sure there are other cool and awesome things. Plus, they’ll last longer than the beans and sauce.

Your body stores them. They’re secreted by the pineal gland.

And yet it’s well known that the ultimate truth is that “This, too, shall pass.”
