I inherited a lace tablecloth that had a stain on it. The Oxiclean took most of it out, but it was still obvious. The remedy was a dish that would cover the stain. No one ever caught on to it, or too polite to comment.
I had a long table runner I used on my dresser. It had counted cross stitch and I crocheted an edging for it. But one day it got an ink stain I couldn’t get out so I turned it around and made sure to put something over it to cover it.
Fels-Naphta soap, better than the oxy stuff by far. Mom used to starch her lace table cloth, put it in the refrigerator for several days, put on a stretching rack then lightly iron. Tedious, but made for a pretty table.
Nelson is a tattle tail. That is NOT a good trait. He seems to do it often. Ignore him for a while Earl. Maybe you did wrong, but Nelson had no right to tell Opal about it. Nelson is a trouble maker. Santa won’t like that.
These comics-com-lately are just variations on a theme based on the ones from Oct 26 and 27……etc. Re-used comic arcs are better than re-runs, but not by much!

You can hide the stain by putting the worry stone and a plate on it.

That clumsy good-for-nothing Earl. He’s making her life miserable. She should dump him and check to see if George Clooney is available.

See, this is why American Indian women would pound their laundry on the rocks. to keep from pounding their husbands with rocks.

Surely Earl cleaned up the tablecloth and there is nothing to see. Or do. He’s a grown man.

Earl doesn’t need a worry stone because he may be buried underneath a headstone.
