    Ugh. Taxes are just collective investment. I’m glad we have safe roads (and if you want to experience really unsafe “roads”, just visit a country with no tax structure). I’m happy we have fire departments and police and schools and the FAA … all tax funded. This country was booming at a time when taxes were much higher than they are now, especially for the ultra rich. I do hate whining about pitching in.
